The 2018 Rivertown New Years Eve Ball
Yes, it is almost time again for the premiere event in the Southeast on New Years Eve. This years event is "Midnight Masquerade", an elegant, opulent affair where women wear their finest and men dress up in those tuxedos.
This year we have the Georgia Big Band, voted one of the top bands in Georgia, playing for us. They off a big sound for a big night so come ready to dance the night away or just enjoy and listen to the wonderful music.
Tickets this year are $95 each, but you will not find a better value anywhere in the Southeast. Every year the party goers make this ball a great success. So plan on dancing the night away and then sing in the new year with Olde Lang Syne!
If you have a nice personal mask be sure to wear it. We will be having a Masquerade Parade at one of the breaks and we will be awarding a nice prize to the Best Female and Best Male mask voted on by judges.

Ball Location
The Rivertown New Years Eve Ball is held at the Columbus Georgia Convention and Trade Center. This site is close to restaurants, clubs, bars and hotels in downtown Columbus Georgia. Most of these amenities are in easy walking distance.

The Georgia Big Band is well know through-out the southeast and considered one of the best formal dance bands. We are glad to have them back this year to play. Come and enjoy. Dress
For this year's event our theme colors are Royal Blue, Silver and Black. So plan on dressing colorfully and enjoy the night.
The New Year's Eve Ball is considered a Black Tie Optional event so suit and tie does just as well. Men Men are expected to wear a Tuxedo or formal suit attire.

By popular demand the Selfie Fun Booth is Back! People where lining up to snap fun pictures as couples and groups. The Ball will be providing various "decorating" items to make it even more fun.

Event sold out!All tickets are sold, caterers are preparing dinner and the band is tuning up. If you were unable to get tickets to this year's Ball then get ready for the 2019 event, same holiday same place. Look for information in the near future.
